Returns

We want you to have the right parts for the job. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition

  • In original packaging

  • Free from installation damage or wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed parts

  • Special-order or custom items

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened repair kits or consumables

  • Chemicals or fluids

We recommend confirming compatibility before installation, as installed parts cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item, we are happy to help exchange it for the correct part. Customers are responsible for any price differences and applicable shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Local Pickup Orders

Orders placed for local pickup follow the same return guidelines. Please bring your order confirmation when returning items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
